Hello! This item is part of our April preorder for custom handmade clothing. Please note that all items are made to order, these are not ready made/ready to ship products. This preorder will run from April 13th-April 20th, or until sell out.
After preorder close date no additional changes to the custom fabric can be made, if adjustments to trim, accents, or sizing are needed please e-mail hello@hejfox.com ASAP.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns/refunds due to sizing. Please check the size chart or e-mail hello@hejfox.com with any sizing questions.
Production on this preorder will begin once materials are received with an anticipation of shipment to mid May-early June. A more definite timeline will be given once the fabric has been received.
We strive for fast shipping and most items will ship within 2-3 business days. During big sale events this window is extended and time frame varies for custom items. Please check out our full shipping policy here.
Items that are in stock, will typically ship out next day, but during busy times or sales events processing can take 3-5 business days.
Orders placed with IN STOCK and CUSTOMS will ship together when the custom is complete. If you want your IN STOCK items to ship immediately please place separate orders.
Shipping times for custom items will vary. If you need a custom item by a certain date, please e-mail Tiffany at hello@hejfox.com to confirm prior to placing your order.
Some wooden toys or other non clothing items may have an additional shipping charge due to size and/or weight, this will be noted in the items description.

Bundle and Hold for Free ship-
To have your package held at Hej Fox until you reach the free shipping minimum please select "BUNDLE & HOLD" as your shipping option at check out. This will ensure you are not charged shipping and alert Tiffany to pack and hold your order until you are ready for it to ship.
International-
*As of 10/9/2021 due to current shipping restrictions by USPS some international orders may not be fulfilled. If this occurs the order will be refunded to the original method of payment.*
International shipping is $15 USD flat rate shipping.

Payment Plan Agreement
Purchases through Hej Fox are eligible for in-house financing for terms of 30 or 60 days with a 40% deposit at time of purchase. The remaining balance will be divided equally over 4 or 8 weekly payments. Payments will be due on the same day each week, and within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Late fees will be assessed at 10% of the total balance for outstanding invoices after the 48hours of nonpayment. Items will not be mailed out until the balance has been paid in full, and will ship within 1-2 business days of payment.
Eligibility:
All purchases over $50 are eligible for Hej Fox payment plans, with no interest or additional fees. Hej Fox reserves the right to discontinue this program at any point with or without notice. Hej Fox reserves the right to decline offering a payment plan to any individual.
Invoice:
Invoices will be sent to the e-mail used at time of purchase, and will be sent via Paypal, invoices will be sent on the same day each week and will be due within 48 hours of receipt.
Invoices will include total balance, items financed, and balance due date. If you require an update on total remaining balance, please e-mail hello@hejfox.com and an updated invoice of the remaining balance will be supplied within 24 hours.
Repayment:
4 or 8 equal weekly payments are required while on the payment plan. Payment plans are eligible to be paid off early at anytime, just send an e-mail to Hello@hejfox.com for a total remaining balance, and an invoice reflecting will be sent.
Payments are expected within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. If you need an extension on making your payment please e-mail prior to the invoice becoming late to avoid receiving late fees.
Late Fees:
Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, a late fee of 10% of the total balance due will be assessed after 48 hours of nonpayment.
Nonpayment:
Failure to pay 2 consecutive invoices may result in the cancellation of the Hej Fox payment plan, and forfeiture of the initial 40% down payment. Cancellation of payment plans due to nonpayment will disqualify you from any future payment plans.
